Regardless of where you are and your goals we provide every climber with an assessment as well as an opportunity to discuss thier training ideas so we can build a plan personalised to each person.
Our coaching programs come in flavors but they all begin with a thorough assessment, and training plan catered for your personal goals and based around your lifestyle. We also accept that people train in pairs, this is great as it increases motivation and provides you with a training partner who understands your desire to improve to this end all our programs can be designed to you as a pair.
