 By visiting this page you are already showing an interest in climbing and hopeful taking a serious look at improving your confidence, technique and ability. We provide every climber with a physical assessment based upon their goals, and needs. 

 

 Our Coaching programs come in four options but they all begin with a thorough assessment and continue highest level of coaching catered for your personal goals and based around your lifestyle. We also accept people train in pairs this is great as it increases motivation and provides you with a training partner who understands your desire to improve to this end all our programs can be designed to you as a pair.

  • Foundation program - Ongoing monthly training Programme designed to help you reached your goal, regular reviews, unlimited online support and one 2 hour session a month

  • Development Program - Ongoing monthly training Programme designed to help you reached your goal, regular reviews, unlimited online support and two 2 hour sessions.

  • Performance program -Ongoing monthly training Programme designed to help you reached your goal, regular reviews, unlimited online support and FOUR 2 hour sessions

 

All programs provide access to discount performance support; this could be at a crag as you attempt your project or in an indoor competition. Ask us for more details.

We do not prescribe training blindly; all our programs involve a coaching session which includes an assessment of your mobility, physical ability and technique.
